Mr. Murphy is fortunate to have experience on both sides of the law, working for many years with a well known New York City defense firm that predominantly represented large insurance companies. During his tenure as a defense attorney, Mr. Murphy gained invaluable experience litigating construction site accidents, serious motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases. His extensive defense experience provides the firm and its clients with a unique insight into the mindset and strategies of insurance companies. His background has helped the firm procure maximum recoveries for our clients. Mr. Murphy earned a bachelor’ degree from Catholic University of America and is a graduate of St. John’s University, School of Law. He is admitted in State and Federal Courts of New York. He is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Murphy is also a dedicated supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Williams Syndrome Association, which provides support and programs for this genetic condition.
